This module displays the status of Microsoft Teams users in your telephone system so that your colleagues know that you are in a call and therefore don’t try to call you during your meeting or transfer calls to you. To use this module it is not necessary to activate the Microsoft Teams Phone system add-on in Microsoft.
Technical
Connecting the Microsoft Teams status integration to your telephony system is very straight forward. The procedure is unique to each telephony system but they all have one thing in common, you don’t need to be very technical to do it. Logging in and giving permission with your Microsoft account is enough.This integration is only available for the following telephony systems:
- ClearVox Nexxt
- Broadsoft (the reception software only)
- Mitel MiCC
- Mitel OIG
