Description
With the Power BI connector, you have an interactive tool for visualizing your telephony data, allowing you to create custom reports. Examples include visualizing the number of incoming or outgoing calls, both internal and external, for the entire company or individually per employee. Another example is visualizing the number of calls in a heatmap to analyze the busiest times per day or during specific periods, enabling you to adjust staffing accordingly. This connector ensures that all data is synchronized between your telephony environment and Microsoft Power BI.
Technical
To share the templates with other users and retrieve real-time data, we recommend purchasing a paid Microsoft Power BI license. This license is not included in the mentioned rates and must be activated before the Microsoft Power BI Connector can be installed. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is required to visualize the data for this service. Of course, it is also possible to outsource your project to a Microsoft Power BI partner. A MySQL database with IP whitelist is provided, which can be connected to Microsoft Power BI. This connection is only available for the following telephony platforms:
