With the Google Looker Studio connector you have an interactive tool for visualizing your telephony data with which you can create customized reports. Examples include visualizing the number of incoming or outgoing calls, both internally and externally, for the entire company or individually per employee. Another example is to visualize the number of calls in a heatmap to analyze what the busiest moments per day or other period are so that you can adjust the staffing accordingly. This connector ensures that all data synchronizes between your telephony system and Google Looker Studio.
Technical
For this service, knowledge of Google Looker Studio is required to visualize the data. A MySQL database with IP whitelist is provided, which can be connected to Google Looker Studio. This connection is only available for the following telephony platforms:
